Important Information Regarding your Purchse:
If the item is damaged/broken on delivery, please return the item in its original
packaging and with its original contents within 48 hours.
If you wish to return the product for any reason, provided the product is in perfect
condition, you may return it in its original packaging and with its original contents
up to 30 days after receiving the
. If the product has a manufacture
default it can be exchanged within the first 30 days of the purchase date at no
cost.
If the product is returned more than 30 days after purchase, AVA Telecom has the
right to deduct, from the initial price of the
, a total of thirty dollars
for a one-time restocking fee.
If the product is returned more than 60 days after purchase, AVA Telecom has the
right to deduct $10 per month for depreciation, in addition to the $30 restocking
fee noted above. See examples below:
STB Returned within 31 to 60 days = $30 deducted from purchase price
STB Returned within 61 to 90 days = $30 + $10 = $40 deducted
STB Returned within 91 to 120 days = $30 + $10 + $10 = $50 deducted
The return policy applies to the
only. The subscription fee is non-refundable.
Please note that The
has a one year manufacturing warranty. In case of a needed repair or exchange after
30 days and up to one year, all shipping costs must be paid by the consumer.
In order to use the
, you must use a minimum internet
connection of 2 Mbps (Bandwidth). Please note that the average internet bandwidth
consumption for watching these types of TV programs is 0.35 GB per hour. Internet
Service Providers (ISPs) offer both unlimited and limited services. Given the circumstances
of the customer with a LIMITED service, the monthly internet bandwidth consumption
will increase and therefore may result in a higher monthly bill. (i.e. 100 hours
of TV will use approximately 35 GB of internet bandwidth).
AVA Telecom is not responsible for any additional fees charged to the customer by
the Internet Service Provider for increased bandwidth consumption.
Please note that AVA Telecom is the technical WebTV service provider, and as such,
is not responsible for the following:
¤ All content communicated or displayed on any television station.
¤ Program interruptions and/or technical difficulties which occur on behalf
of the content providers.
¤ The termination of a contract between AVA Telecom and any content provider,
resulting in a particular TV station no longer being broadcast, or certain content
no longer being available.
Once the subscription expires, the customer is required to contact AVA Telecom to
renew the subscription. If the customer fails to do so, the service will be disconnected
on the expiry date of the subscription. There is a $20 charge to reactivate the
account.
